Tai Chi & QiGong for optimal health
We offer classes, work shops and teacher teacher training in Chen Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong. John Collins head instructor (4th Duan Wei) is a 12th generation lineage holder, being an indoor student of Grandmaster Chen Zheng lei and a senior indoor student of Grandmaster Liming Yue.
He runs the Irish Health Qi Gong Association, which is the Governing Body in Ireland for the promotion of Health Qi Gong. He offers classes, workshops, corporate wellness and teacher training
