I offer learning experiences in Chen style taijiquan (tai chi chuan) and qigong (chi kung) exercises.
The taijiquan classes follow the framework set out by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, the current family representative of Chen style taijiquan of Chenjiagou, the Chen family village, Henan province, China. The standard for this Chen tai chi framework within the Association of Ireland Tai Chi & Qigong is maintained by John Collins, Head Instructor, Ireland Tai Chi & Qigong Association, under the tutelage of Grandmaster Liming Yue, The Tai Chi Centre, Manchester, UK.
The qigong exercises are compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association including Ba Duan Jin (Eight Section Qigong Exercises), Wu Qin Xi (Five Animal Qigong Exercises) and Daoyin Yangshen Gong Shi Er Fa (Twelve movement Health Qigong for all ages).
